02-318 C.M.R. ch. 150, § 2 - APPLICATION
A. If a reciprocity agreement has been
ratified by both the Board and the licensing authority in the reciprocal state,
any electrician licensed in the reciprocal state shall be issued a Maine
license of the equivalent degree. Applicants for reciprocity shall submit all
of the following:
1. Completed
application;
2. The nonrefundable
application fee required by Chapter 10, Section 5(15) of the rules of the
Office of Licensing and Registration, entitled "Establishment of License
Fees;"
3. The license fee required
by Chapter 10, Section 5(15) of the rules of the Office of Licensing and
Registration, entitled "Establishment of License Fees;"
4. Documentation of six years of licensed
working experience; and
5. License
verification from the reciprocal state.
