The board hereby incorporates by reference into this chapter the following rules of the Department of Human Services, Bureau of Health, Division of Health Engineering:
1. Chapter 220, Part C, "Licensing of
Radioactive Material (October 1, 2003);" and
2. Chapter 220, Part G, "Medical Use of
Radioactive Material (June 1, 2003)."
