02-514 C.M.R. ch. 8, § B-3 - Additional Obligations of Registered Counselors
A registered counselor shall:
1. Sign the code of ethics adopted as Chapter
8-A of the board's rules;
2.
Personally give a copy of the signed code of ethics to each client in hand at
the commencement of the counseling relationship; and
3. Post a copy of the signed client bill of
rights adopted in Section 1(1) of this chapter and the signed code of ethics in
a prominent location in the counselor's office.
