02-658 C.M.R. ch. 3, § 5 - Tank Installer
In accordance with 32 M.R.S. §18140(1), an oil tank installer is restricted to installing outside residential heating oil tanks connected to manufactured housing units as set forth in 10 M.R.S. § 9002(7)(A).
