06-096 C.M.R. ch. 90, § 1 - Applicability
Unless exempted in section 4, this Chapter applies to all new and unused products sold, offered for sale, or distributed for sale in the State of Maine which contain intentionally added perfluoroalkyl and polyfluoroalkyl substances.
