10-144 C.M.R. ch. 220, § E-E-27 - Records of receipt, transfer, and disposal of sealed sources

A. Each licensee and registrant shall maintain records showing the receipts, transfers, and disposal of sources of radiation and devices using DU for shielding and retain each record for three years after it is made.
B. The records must include the date of receipt, transfer, or disposal, the name of the individual making the record, radionuclide, number of becquerels (curies) or mass (for DU); and manufacturer, model, and serial number of each source of radiation and/or device, as appropriate.
