10-148 C.M.R. ch. 50, § 2 - DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN SERVICES RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES AND PRIORITIES
A. Children who are alleged to be abused and
neglected are the Department's first priority.
B. Children for whom there is an agreement
for long-term adoption assistance are a priority for available funds.
C. The provision of recommended services is
always contingent upon availability of services and funds.
