SUMMARY: These rules define the terms and conditions for the participation in, and receipt of funding for the Dental Services Development and Subsidy Programs as authorized and funded by 22 MRSA §2127.

PURPOSE: These rules address the requirements and conditions to which applicants for funds provided through this Section must respond in order to receive the funds.
