Md. Code Regs. 04.04.01.07 - Penalties
As provided in Criminal Law Article, ยง 7-204, Annotated Code of Maryland, any person, firm, or organization found guilty of violating these regulations shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall pay a fine of not more than $500 for each offense.
