Md. Code Regs. 09.14.10.04 - Unsanctioned Contests
A. A
licensee may not compete in or be associated with any contest held in this
State that has not been sanctioned by the Commission.
B. Violation of §A of this regulation
may result in disciplinary action against any licensees connected with the
contest.
