Md. Code Regs. 10.07.05.25 - Denial or Revocation of a License
The Secretary, for cause shown, may deny, revoke, or refuse to reissue any license issued for inability or failure to comply with the regulations of this chapter. This action is subject to the provisions of the Administrative Procedure Act, State Government Article, ยง 10-201 et seq., Annotated Code of Maryland.
