Md. Code Regs. 10.09.25.05 - Limitations
A. To participate
in the Program as a provider of transportation services under IDEA, a provider
shall be a local education agency, a local lead agency, a State-operated
education agency, or State-supported education agency.
B. Providers shall only bill the Program for
transportation services on dates when other Medicaid covered services are
provided.
