Md. Code Regs. 14.18.02.14 - Recovery of Record
A. Public
officials shall notify the Archives of any actual, impending, or threatened
unlawful removal, defacing, alteration, or destruction of records that shall
come to the agency's attention.
B.
The State Archivist may request the Attorney General to seek appropriate
relief.
