network adequacy standards stated in
45 CFR §
156.230, Insurance Article, §
15-112, Annotated Code of
Maryland, and COMAR 31.10.44.

Each health benefit plan shall meet the provider panel sufficiency requirements
under COMAR
31.10.34.04A.
