Md. Code Regs. 16.03.07.01 - Definition
A. In this chapter, the following term has the meaning indicated.
B. Term Defined. "Board" means:
(1) The State Advisory Board for Juvenile Services; and
(2) Any other board, commission, or entity of the Department that is a public body, as that term is defined in State Government Article, ยง10-502, Annotated Code of Maryland.
