Md. Code Regs. 18.02.10.01 - Valuation

A. The current determined value of land subject to a perpetual or long-term easement, as defined by Tax-Property Article, §8-219, Annotated Code of Maryland, is $1,000 per acre.
B. The value of conservation property, as defined by Tax-Property Article, §§8-209.1 and 9-107, Annotated Code of Maryland, is determined by Tax-Property Article, §8-209.1, Annotated Code of Maryland, and is set forth in COMAR 18.02.03.08D.
