R406.1 - Revise and add subsection as follows:
This section establishes criteria for compliance using an Energy Rating Index (ERI) analysis, or approved alternative energy performance rating methods.
R406.1.1
Approved alternative energy performance methods. The following rating threshold criteria are sufficient to demonstrate energy code compliance under section R406 without calculation of a standard reference design. The mandatory provisions listed in R406.2 also apply:
