946 CMR 5.01 - Purpose and Authority

The Purpose and scope of 946 CMR 5.00 is to protect the public welfare and safety by establishing rules and conduct governing the operation of vehicles on the public ways, ways and streets within Devens and on the properties of the Agency. The Agency promulgates 946 CMR 3.00 pursuant to the authority granted in St. 1998, c. 266, § 2.
