Mich. Admin. Code R. 125.1214g - Retailer's license; license amendments; application for amendments
Rule 214g.
(1) An
applicant shall obtain a license for each location from which the applicant
proposes to operate by filing the completed application form prescribed by the
department.
(2) Separate
applications shall be filed for each sales location.
