Mich. Admin. Code R. 125.1214h - Temporary retailer location
Rule 214h.
(1) A
retailer shall notify the department in writing of a temporary sales location
such as a shopping center, public show, or other similar limited-term general
public event for home exhibition and sales.
(2) The exhibition and sales shall not exceed
20 calendar days at any one time and shall not exceed a total of 60 calendar
days within a 12-month period.
(3)
The notice shall include the name of the event, address, and inclusive dates
for the exhibition and sales.
