Mich. Admin. Code R. 205.3309 - Amendments
Rule 309.
(1)
Either party may amend his or her petition or answer at any time before the
hearing by consent of the adverse party or by leave of the presiding officer.
All motions to amend shall be accompanied by the proposed amendments.
(2) An original of the motion shall be filed
with the commissioner, and a copy shall be served upon the adverse party or
authorized representative.
