Mich. Admin. Code R. 257.1525 - Use of department lands
Rule 5.
(1) An
applicant may enter into an agreement with the department to use lands owned or
leased by the department for recreational and snowmobile trails, facilities, or
areas.
(2) An agreement shall be
signed by the applicant's authorized official.
