Mich. Admin. Code R. 28.1416c - Rule 416c. Consumption of liquor on highways or on property open to public; violation as misdemeanor
(1) Alcoholic
liquor shall not be consumed on a highway, street, alley, or any public or
private property that is open to the general public.
(2) This rule does not apply to a premises
operating under a license or permit issued pursuant to 1998 PA 58, MCL 436.1101
et seq.
(3) A person who violates
this rule is guilty of a misdemeanor.
