Mich. Admin. Code R. 28.14320 - Recruit eligibility to take licensing exam; timeframe
Rule 320. A basic law enforcement training recruit shall do the following:
(a) Comply with all of
the requirements in
R
28.14314 to
R
28.14317, as applicable, before taking the licensing
exam.
(b) Pass the licensing exam
within 1 year of complying with the requirements in subdivision (a) of this
subrule.
