Mich. Admin. Code R. 28.1440b - Rule 440b. Obstruction of vehicular traffic by successive train movements on highways or streets; violation as misdemeanor
(1) It is unlawful
for a railroad company to permit successive train movements to obstruct any
vehicular traffic on any public streets or highways until all vehicular traffic
previously delayed by these train movements has been cleared or until a period
of 5 minutes has elapsed between train movements.
(2) A railroad company that violates this
rule is guilty of a misdemeanor.
