Mich. Admin. Code R. 28.1446 - Rule 446. Drivers in a procession; violation as civil infraction
(1)
Each driver in a funeral or other authorized procession shall drive as near the
right-hand edge of the roadway as practical and shall follow the vehicle ahead
as close as is practical and safe.
(2) A person who violates this rule is
responsible for a civil infraction
