Mich. Admin. Code R. 28.1447 - Rule 447. Parades and processions; permit required; violation as misdemeanor
(1) A procession or parade, other than a
procession or parade of the forces of the United States armed services, the
military forces of this state, and the forces of the police and fire
departments, shall not occupy, march, or proceed along any roadway, unless
pursuant to a permit issued by the chief of police and unless the procession or
parade is in accordance with other regulations as are set forth in this
code.
(2) A person who violates
this rule is guilty of a misdemeanor.
