Mich. Admin. Code R. 28.1448 - Rule 448. Driving on sidewalk prohibited; violation as misdemeanor
(1) The driver of a vehicle shall not drive
on or within any sidewalk area, except at a driveway.
(2) A person who violates this rule is guilty
of a misdemeanor.
