Mich. Admin. Code R. 28.1710 - Rule 710. Pedestrians; crossing roadway in business district; violation as civil infraction
(1) In any business district, a pedestrian
shall not cross a roadway other than in a crosswalk.
(2) A person who violates this rule is
responsible for a civil infraction.
