Mich. Admin. Code R. 281.705.2 - Torch river and Torch lake adjacent to its mouth; slow-no wake speed

Rule 2. On the waters of the Torch river, sections 6, 7, and 18, town 28 north, range 8 west, township of Milton, county of Antrim, from the south line of section 18, town 28 north, range 8 west, to the north end of the river and for a distance of 300 feet in any direction in Torch lake, an operator of a vessel shall not exceed a slow-no wake speed, which means a very slow speed whereby the wake or wash created by the vessel would be minimal.
