Mich. Admin. Code R. 281.739.1 - Sherman lake; high-speed boating and water skiing hours
Rule 1. On the waters of Sherman lake, sections 29 and 32, town 1 south, range 9 west, Ross township, Kalamazoo county, it shall be unlawful, during the period from 6:30 p.m. to 10:00 a.m. of the following day, to:
(a) Operate a vessel at high
speed, or
(b) Have in tow or
otherwise assist in the propulsion of a person on water skis, water sled,
surfboard or other similar contrivance.
