Mich. Admin. Code R. 281.744.4 - Hemmingway lake; hours for high-speed boating and water skiing
Rule 4. On the waters of Hemmingway lake, section 9, town 9 north, range 9 east, Marathon township, Lapeer county, it is unlawful, during the period from 6:30 p.m. to 10:00 a.m. of the following day, to:
(a) Operate a vessel at high speed,
or
(b) Have in tow or otherwise
assist in the propulsion of a person on water skis, water sled, kite, surfboard
or other similar contrivance.
