Mich. Admin. Code R. 281.744.6 - Pero lake; high-speed boating and water skiing prohibited
Rule 6. On the waters of Pero lake, section 21, T8N, R9E, Oregon township, Lapeer county, it is unlawful for the operator of a vessel to:
(a) Operate a vessel at high
speed.
(b) Have in tow, or
otherwise assist in the propulsion of, a person on water skis, a water sled,
kite, surfboard, or other similar contrivance.
