Mich. Admin. Code R. 281.763.41 - Parke lake; high-speed boating and water skiing prohibited
Rule 41. On the waters of Parke lake, section 20, T4N, R9E, Independence township and village of Clarkston, Oakland county, it is unlawful to:
(a) Operate a vessel at high
speed, or
(b) Have in tow or
otherwise assist in the propulsion of a person on water skis, water sled, kite,
surfboard, or other similar contrivance.
