Mich. Admin. Code R. 281.764.3 - Pentwater lake and entrance channel; slow-no wake speed
Rule 3. On the waters of the Pentwater lake and the entrance channel to Pentwater lake, village of Pentwater and township of Pentwater, county of Oceana, state of Michigan, from the Pentwater entrance channel pierhead to a line drawn from Popp's point in the village of Pentwater westerly to the west shore of Pentwater lake, no operator of any motorboat shall exceed as low-no wake speed, which means a speed whereby the wake or wash created by the motorboat would be minimal.
