Mich. Admin. Code R. 285.569.11 - Wholesale sale
Rule 11. If fish product is sold other than at retail, then all of the following provisions apply:
(a) All sales shall be accompanied by an
invoice or record of sale.
(b) Each
invoice shall include the lot number, expiration date, and warning statement as
required in R 285.569.10.
(c)
Copies of all invoices or other adequate records shall be maintained to
identify consignments or distributions of designated coded lots.
