Mich. Admin. Code R. 285.805.2 - Qualifications for allotments
Rule 2.
(1) A fair
shall have been conducted for a period of not less than 3 years before the time
of application for matching assistance.
(2) Matching assistance may be made only to a
fair association which does not receive state funds for building, race track,
grounds improvement and equipment rental projects directly from any other
source for the same project.
