Mich. Admin. Code R. 29.1682 - Outside storage of tires

Rule 32. Sections 33.1.2, 33.2.1, 33.2.1.1, 33.2.1.2, 33.2.1.3, 33.3.2 and 33.3.4 of chapter 33 of the code are deleted and section 33.3.1 of chapter 33 of the code is amended to read as follows:

33.2.1.3 Deleted.

33.3.1 The operator of the outside tire storage facility shall develop an emergency response plan.
