Rule 9. Except as amended by part 2 of these rules, the provisions of Chapters 1 to 3 and 7, nfpa (national fire protection association) 1124, entitled "code for the manufacture, transportation, storage, and retail sales of fireworks and pyrotechnic articles," 2006 edition, are adopted by reference as part of these rules. Copies of the adopted provisions are available for inspection and distribution either at the office of the Bureau of Fire Services, Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs, P.O. Box 30700, 3101 Technology Boulevard, Suite H, Lansing, Michigan 48910, or from the National Fire Protection Association, 1 Batterymarch Park, P.O. Box 9101, Quincy, Massachusetts 02269-9101, telephone number 1-800-344-3555. The cost as of the time of adoption of these rules is $46.50 per copy.
