Mich. Admin. Code R. 29.5658 - NFPA official definitions
Rule 658. Sections 3.2.1 and 3.2.2 of the FL/CL code are adopted with the following changes and section 3.2.2(a) is added to the FL/CL code:
3.2.1 "Approved" means acceptable
to the bureau.
3.2.2 "Authority
having jurisdiction (AHJ)" means the bureau of fire services.
3.2.2(a) "Bureau" means bureau of fire
services.
