Mich. Admin. Code R. 29.5811 - Installation of underground tanks
Rule 811. Sections 7.4.5 and 7.4.7 of the FL/CL code are adopted with the following changes:
7.4.5 Underground tanks shall be installed
pursuant to manufacturers instructions and pursuant to the applicable
requirements of part 2 of these rules.
7.4.7 Underground tanks that are taken out of
service shall be removed or permanently closed pursuant to part 2 of these
rules.
