(1) Test methods in the publication entitled "Test Methods for Evaluating Solid Waste, Physical/Chemical Methods," EPA Publication SW846, Third Edition, November 1986, and its updates I (July 1992), II (September 1994), IIA (August 1993), IIB (January 1995), III (December 1996), IIIA (April 1998), IIIB (November 2004), IVA (February 2007), IVB (February 2007), V (August 2015), VI (November 2017 and November 2018), and VII (June 2019 and July 2021) are adopted by reference in these rules.
