Rule 1. Hunting for any wild animal or wild bird with a firearm, pellet or BB gun, or bow and arrow, or the discharge of a firearm, pellet or BB gun or bow and arrow is prohibited in that part of Niles township, Berrien county, in town 8 south, range 17 west, except the east 1/2 of section 12, the east 1/2 of section 13, the northeast 1/4 of section 24 and those parts of sections 15 and 22east of the St. Joseph river.
