Mich. Admin. Code R. 317.150.1 - Shelby township
Rule 1. Hunting with, or the discharge of, a firearm is unlawful in Shelby township, Macomb county, except as follows:
(a) Hunting with,
or the discharge of, a firearm is lawful on property from Juengel road north to
the east/west 1/4 section line and from Dequindre road east approximately 3,200
feet to the Clinton river; on the state-owned land in the Rochester-Utica
recreation area; and on target ranges registered with the township
clerk.
(b) Hunting with, or the
discharge of, a shotgun loaded with shot not larger than no. 2 is lawful on the
following described areas: sections 1, 13, 14, and 23 and that portion of
section 2lying north and east of the middle branch of the Clinton river, T3N,
R12E.
