Mich. Admin. Code R. 324.419 - Borehole and strata evaluation logging
Rule 419.
(1) A permittee of a well shall file a copy of all borehole and geologic strata evaluation logs or other logs with the supervisor within 30 days after conducting the logging run.
(2) Upon the request of the supervisor or authorized representative of the supervisor, a logging service company shall provide a listing of all borehole and geologic strata evaluation logs or other logs run.
