Mich. Admin. Code R. 325.10203 - Contested cases; applicable law; appearances; service of notices and orders

Rule 203.

(1) Division administrative procedures in contested cases and judicial review thereof shall be in accordance with, and subject to, chapters 4, 5, and 6 of Act No. 306 of the Public Acts of 1969, as amended, being ยงยง24.271 to 24.306 of the Michigan Compiled Laws.
(2) Appearances at a contested case hearing shall be either in person or by duly authorized agent. Legal counsel may represent a person in a contested case.
(3) Service of notices, orders, and final orders shall be by personal service or by certified mail, or both, upon the parties named in the proceedings.
