Mich. Admin. Code R. 325.10409 - Notice by department on behalf of the public water system
Rule 409.
(1) The department may give the notice required by this part on behalf of the public water supply if the department complies with the requirements of this part and may charge costs incurred by the department to the public water supply.
(2) The public water supply shall ensure that the requirements of this part are met.
