Mich. Admin. Code R. 325.10420 - Annual consumer confidence reporting; contaminants for vulnerable subpopulation
Rule 420.
Pursuant to section 14 of the act, if any contaminants listed in table 1 of this rule are detected above a level of concern as indicated in table 1 of this rule, then the consumer confidence report shall include a description of the potential adverse health effects and the vulnerable subpopulation that may be susceptible to the level of contaminant detected. The community water supply may use the relevant language provided in table 1 of R 325.10405.
