Mich. Admin. Code R. 325.10733 - Modification of monitoring requirements for type I public water supplies which supply water to additional public water supplies
Rule 733. When a type I public water supply supplies water to 1 or more other public water supplies, the department may modify the monitoring requirements prescribed by this part to the extent that the interconnection of the public water supplies justifies treating them as a single water supply for monitoring purposes.
Modified monitoring shall be conducted pursuant to a schedule specified by the department and concurred in by the regional administrator.
