Mich. Admin. Code R. 325.11918 - Appeals
Rule 1918. An individual who feels aggrieved by an action of the department pursuant to the act or this part, or who wishes to appeal any other action of the department with respect to certification may request a hearing pursuant to Act No. 306 of the Public Acts of 1969, as amended, being ยงยง24.201 to 24.315 of the Michigan Compiled Laws, and part 2 of these rules.
